Where do I login?

You can log in to the i360 Portal at

What is my username?

Your username is your email address.

How do I reset my password?

On the i360 Portal login screen, select "Forgot your password?" and follow the on screen prompts to reset. You will be sent a six-digit verification code to the email associated with your account. 

How do I access training materials?

The i360 Training Center can be accessed here. We recommend accessing trainings from directly within Portal to allow you to use single sign-on. You can find the 'i360 Training Center' link from the '?' icon in the top right.

How do I find help articles? 

The i360 Help Center can be accessed here. You will need to sign-in to Portal to view all available articles. If not logged in, you'll see just a small portion of articles.

How do I contact Support for help? 

From the Portal, click the '?' in the in the top of your navigation bar and select Contact Support. A chat window will appear in the lower right corner. You can also email Support at any time.
